UP Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath issued an order to remove illegal loudspeakers from religious places across the state on April 23. The statewide campaign started after the order of the Allahabad High Court.

The religious leaders in Uttar Pradesh welcomed Yogi Adityanath’s decision to limit the volume of loudspeakers at religious places in order to avoid inconvenience to those residing nearby.
