Akshay Kumar drops new Raksha Bandhan poster, announces trailer release date

Akshay Kumar is back with his third film announcement of the year. After Bachchhan Paandey and Samrat Prithviraj, the superstar will be seen in Raksha Bandhan.

After dropping the initial announcement on June 16, Akshay dropped the first-ever poster of the film and also announced the trailer release date.

Career-wise, Akshay Kumar’s 2022 hasn’t been that great so far. However, we’re hoping Raksha Bandhan goes on to become the game-changer for him.

After announcing the film’s title via a video on June 16, Akshay dropped the first-ever poster of Raksha Bandhan and also revealed that the film’s trailer release (June 21).

Sharing the same, he wrote, “Behne jaan hain sisters and brothers are bound together with an unbreakable bond of love! Here’s our attempt at a glimpse into their world! #RakshaBandhanTrailer releasing on 21st June 2022. #ReturnToFeelings #RakshaBandhan11August (sic).”

ABOUT RAKSHA BANDHAN
Directed by Aanand L Rai, Raksha Bandhan stars Akshay Kumar and Bhumi Pednekar in the lead. Though the film clashes with Aamir Khan’s Laal Singh Chaddha, fans are wondering if the film can save Bollywood amid trying times.
