‘The Buckingham Murders’ teaser: Kareena Kapoor is on mission to unravel truth

The teaser of Hansal Mehta’s upcoming film, ‘The Buckingham Murders’ is now out.

Featuring Kareena Kapoor Khan in the lead as Detective Sergeant Jasmeet Bhamra, the teaser shows her on a quest to unravel the truth that is also deeply personal.

In the teaser, Kareena plays Detective Sergent Jasmeet Bhamra, a British-Indian detective grappling with the recent loss of her child. She is tasked with investigating the murder of a 10-year-old in Buckinghamshire. Will the tough detective be able to unravel the truth? Is the murder connected to her child’s death? We will have to wait for the film’s release to find out.

Sharing the teaser on Instagram, director Hansal Mehta wrote, “Meet the ever special Kareena Kapoor Khan as Detective Sergeant Jasmeet Bhamra! (sic)” Kareena Kapoor Khan also shared it and captioned it, “13th September in theatres (sic),” followed by a heart emoji.

‘The Buckingham Murders’ is set to release in theatres on September 13, 2024. The film features Ash Tandon, Ranveer Brar, and Keith Allen alongside Kareena, and is directed by Hansal Mehta. Written by Aseem Arrora, Kashyap Kapoor, and Raghav Raj Kakker, the film is a Mahana Films and TBM Films production, presented by Balaji Telefilms, and produced by Shobha Kapoor and Ektaa R Kapoor.
