Braun Strowman has revealed that he is eager to make his WWE return to represent Bray Wyatt and win titles for his godson and Wyatt’s son, Knash.
The WWE Universe lost Wyatt earlier this year, which was a big loss for the company as well. Wyatt was edging closer to a return before his untimely demise which left the fans and superstars in mourning.
Strowman was one of the members of the Wyatt Family and out of the ring, was close to Wyatt. He was given the honour of being the godfather of Wyatt’s son, Knash.
Speaking to India Today in an exclusive interaction, Strowman said that the main reason why he is eager to make his return to the ring is to represent his fallen brother in the WWE.
“That’s one of the biggest things why I’m working so hard to get back into shape.
Get back into the ring because, like I’m coming back for more than me, I have to come back for him as well, being that he’s my brother. I was so blessed when I found out he was having his first son, Knash, because he gave me the honours of being a godfather. And it’s an unbelievable weight that I carry on my back with such pride, because at the end of the day, none of us ever want to have to step up into that position.”
“But I’m so blessed that he saw something in me and believed in me if something happened to him and step up into that role to be the godfather of his son. So I’m not only coming back to represent myself, I’m coming back to represent my fallen brother,” said Strowman.
When asked if his future title wins would be dedicated to Wyatt, Strowman’s simple answer was that it was for his godson.
“They’re gonna be for Knash,” said Strowman.
