Chandrababu Naidu blockbuster oath: Chiranjeevi, Ram Charan RSVP

Telugu Desam Party chief Chandrababu Naidu is set to take oath as the Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh on June 12, Wednesday.

The ceremony promises to be a star-studded affair with Chiranjeevi and Ram Charan set to attend the event. The other high-profile personalities from the film industry who are likely to grace the occasion include Rajinikanth and Mohan Babu, as per sources. Allu Arjun, who is the nephew of Jana Sena chief Pawan Kalyan, has also been invited to the ceremony.

Jr NTR, nephew of TDP chief Chandrababu Naidu, has also been extended an invitation.

Jana Sena leader Pawan Kalyan, who is eyeing the Deputy Chief Minister post after an excellent poll performance, is the younger brother of megastar Chiranjeevi. Ram Charan and Allu Arjun are his nephews.

Chandrababu Naidu’s oath ceremony will also see the presence of his NDA allies, led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Union Home Minister Amit Shah.

Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, Rajasthan Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma, Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami, and Maharashtra Chief Minister Eknath Shinde are expected to be present for the swearing-in ceremony.

Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy of Telangana will also likely attend the oath-taking ceremony of Chandrababu Naidu.

Chandrababu Naidu’s TDP put up an impressive show in the Andhra Pradesh Assembly polls, ousting Jagan Mohan Reddy’s YSRCP that shrunk to only 11 seats in the Assembly elections.

The Telugu Desam Party bagged 135 of the 175 Assembly seats, while its allies Jana Sena and BJP won 21 and eight seats, respectively.
