‘Dunki’ box office Day 4: Shah Rukh Khan’s film rakes in Rs 200 crore worldwide

‘Dunki’, starring Shah Rukh Khan, is holding strong at the box office ever since its release.

The film, helmed by director Rajkumar Hirani, has marched past Rs 200-crore mark worldwide and is still going strong. Going by the initial trade estimates, the film’s collection on December 24 is on par with the opening day collection (December 21).

According to Comscore, Shah Rukh Khan’s ‘Dunki’ bagged the fourth spot in worldwide collection from December 22 to December 24. Going by their reports, the movie earned $23.82 million (Rs 198 crore). Today, December 25, being a public holiday, ‘Dunki’ would easily cross the Rs 200 crore-mark in theatres.

Trade analyst Ramesh Bala pointed out that the film earned Rs 31 crore net on Sunday, December 24. He wrote, “Early estimates for #Dunki Day 3 is Rs 30 Crs Nett. On par with Day 1. Today being Christmas holiday, should do well (sic).”

The four-day total collection of ‘Dunki’ now stands at Rs 106.43 crore in India. ‘Dunki’ recorded an occupancy of 49.67 per cent in India on December 24.
