Both gold and silver are trading on the higher side of the Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX) on Friday.
Gold futures, maturing on October 5, 2022, stand at Rs 50,386 per 10 grams, recording a marginal hike of Rs 164 or 0.33 per cent. The previous close was recorded at Rs 50,356.
Meanwhile, silver futures, maturing on December 5, 2022, witnessed a jump of Rs 654 or 1.20 per cent and were retailing at Rs 54,693 per kg on the MCX against the previous close of Rs 54,281.
