Harleen Deol encourages Rishabh Pant amid Indian wicketkeeper’s recovery: Keep your bhangra performance ready
Indian Women’s cricketer Harleen Deol had some encouraging words for Rishabh Pant, who is currently recovering from the multiple injuries that he sustained last year in an accident on the Delhi-Dehradun highway.
Pant has constantly been sharing updates on his health since he was discharged from the hospital. Earlier, he used crutches to walk. As a part of his recovery process, the southpaw also walked with crutches on the pool.
But a few days later, Pant gave up crutches. On Wednesday, he posted a video where he can be seen walking up the stairs with a lot of efforts.
Pant captioned the video and wrote, “Not bad yaar Rishabh. Simple things can be difficult sometimes.”

During this while, the 24-year-old Harleen had some motivational words for him in the form of a funny reply in the store.
Replying to Pant, Harleen wrote, “Well done boy, keep your bhangra performance ready.”
Harleen hasn’t played any form of competitive cricket after representing the Gujarat Giants in the inaugural edition of the Women’s Premier League (WPL) back in the month of May.
She scored 202 runs in the tournament from eight matches at an average of 28.85 and a strike-rate of 125.46 with a top score of 67 to show for his efforts. She is also a handy leg-break bowler.
As far as Pant is concerned, he last played international cricket in December 2022 on the tour of Bangladesh. He also missed out on playing for the Delhi Capitals (DC) in the Indian Premier League (IPL). However, he was present at the Arun Jaitley Stadium to cheer for his team. David Warner was named as DC’s captain in Pant’s absence.
