In a fiery speech, laced with potshots at the opposition and Congress’s Rahul Gandhi, Prime Minister Narendra Modi said the BJP government followed ‘santushtikaran’ and not ‘tushtikaran’ amid continuous sloganeering by the INDIA bloc MPs.
Participating in the debate on the Motion of Thanks on the President’s address, PM Modi, in a swipe at Rahul Gandhi, said a conspiracy was being hatched to level false allegations against Hindus.
Rahul Gandhi triggered a political firestorm on Monday after he accused the BJP of spreading “violence, hatred and lies”, which, he said, were against the tenets of Hinduism.
