India at Olympics, Day 11 Schedule: Neeraj Chopra returns, Hockey team eye final

After a disappointing Day 10 at Paris Olympics, the Indian contingent will hope to turn things in their favour with a packed schedule lined up on Tuesday, August 6.

The Men’s Table Tennis team will start the proceedings of the day with their Round of 16 game. Kishore Jenna will also be in action at 1:50 PM in the Men’s Javelin Throw Qualification Group A.

Kiran Pahal will be seen competing in the Women’s 400m Repechage Round while Vinesh Phogat will return to the mat in the Women’s Freestyle 50 KG Round of 16 game. However, the biggest event of the day will be the qualification round of India’s Javelin Throw Star Neeraj Chopra from Group B. Meanwhile, the Indian Hockey team will also aim to ensure a medal by getting an entry into the finals by defeating Germany in the semi-final late in the day.
