Numerous heads of state and officials arrived in Tehran to participate in the commemoration ceremony for the victims which began in the afternoon in the Tehran Summit Hall.

Representatives of numerous countries – including Russia and India – participate in the farewell ceremony for President Raisi and the other seven victims of Sunday’s plane crash in Tehran’s Summit Hall. In addition to representatives of Russia and India, there are the presences of Qatar, Pakistan, Turkey, Turkmenistan, Tunisia, Tajikistan, Iraq, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Algeria, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Afghanistan and Lebanon, IRNA reported. The ceremony was conducted by interim President Mohammad Mokhber and Deputy Foreign Minister Ali Bagheri.
