Jill Biden hypes husband Joe after presidential debate: ‘You did a good job!’

Joe Biden’s wife, Jill, was at her energetic best as she hyped up her husband following.

The first US presidential debate of the 2024 race. In a room filled with watch party supporters, Jill Biden said, “Joe, you did such a good job! You answered every question! You knew all the answers.”

The First Lady then turns towards the crowd and poses the question: “What did Trump do?”

The US President and the First Lady were sharing the stage at a ‘Let’s Go Joe’ event in Atlanta. Notably, a video from the event, showing Jill Biden leading Joe Biden on to the stage, has gone viral.

The incident, among several others, has raised questions about Biden’s age and his ability to take on a second term as US President.

The presidential debate between Joe Biden and Donald Trump on Thursday night, hosted by CNN, has not instilled a lot of confidence in Biden, with viewers and analysts calling his performance shaky and a disaster for the Democrats.

According to a CNN poll aired after the debate, 67 per cent of viewers thought Trump won, while 33 per cent believed Biden was the winner. In contrast, CNN’s poll after the final 2020 presidential debate indicated that 53 per cent of viewers felt Biden won, compared to 39 per cent who thought Trump won.
