Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) zonal director Sameer Wankhede reportedly reprimanded Ananya Panday on Friday for arriving at the agency’s office three hours later than the appointed time.
Bollywood actor Ananya Panday was asked to appear before the agency at 11 am on Friday in connection with the NCB’s probe in the Mumbai drugs case in which Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan was arrested earlier this month.
Ananya Panday was asked to appear at the NCB office for second round of questioning on Friday. She finally reached the agency’s office at 2 pm on Friday.
NCB zonal director Sameer Wankhede reportedly reprimanded the actress for arriving three hours late to the agency’s office.
According to sources, Sameer Wankhede told Ananya Panday that the NCB is not “production house” but “office of central agency”.
The Bollywood actor was asked to reach the agency’s office on time, as per sources.
Ananya Panday was grilled by officials of the Narcotics Control Bureau at their office in Mumbai for nearly four hours on Friday. She has been summoned by the NCB for a third round of questioning on Monday, October 25.
As per sources, NCB officials were unable to find evidence during their questioning of Ananya Panday on Friday and that is why she has been summoned again.
