Richa Chadha and Ali Fazal’s wedding festivities to be eco-friendly

Richa Chadha and Ali Fazal, who met on the sets of Fukrey, are soon to be married.

The couple will be getting married on October 6, in the presence of close friends and family. Richa and Ali will be hosting two separate receptions following their intimate wedding. Their first reception will be held in Delhi on October 2, followed by another one in Mumbai on October 7. The wedding festivities will begin for Richa and Ali by the end of this month. Apart from other things, the couple will reportedly be having an eco-friendly wedding.

ALI AND RICHA TO HAVE AN ECO-FRIENDLY WEDDING
A source told IndiaToday.in, “The couple have jointly decided to put in efforts with the help of their teams who are planning their wedding to make their wedding more environmentally conscious and eco-friendly. The couple have roped a wedding planning company who are using various means including decor using natural elements, recycled or repurposed wood and eco-friendly decor items.

Richa and Ali are also focusing on reducing food wastage at their wedding functions by curating food experiences that are more sustainable and have experts who are known for such experiences. The teams across have been briefed to minimise plastic waste and use recyclable plastic during the functions as much as possible.”

ABOUT ALI AND RICHA
Richa has also roped in a 175-year-old Bikaner family to get her wedding jewelry custom-made. The couple earlier were supposed to get married in 2020, but their wedding preps were deferred due to the pandemic.

Richa and Ali have been together for many years now and have recently turned producers. Richa confirmed the wedding recently and said that they are very excited about the new chapter of their life.

Recently, wedding invites for the duo were shared on social media and fans couldn’t help but shower the couple with love.
