British star Tom Holland is super-excited about doing his next for Marvel and Sony Pictures, Spider-Man 4. The movie will release on July 24, 2026.
The Destin Daniel Cretton directorial will release after Russos’ Avengers: Doomsday, which will release the same year on May 1. The anticipation for the fourth Spider-Man film is high; the previous installment had garnered a whopping billion dollars globally upon its release, thanks to the combined star power of Holland, Zendaya and the return of the previous two Spider-Mans, Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield.
Holland recently confirmed during his appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon that the filming will begin from next summer. “Next summer, we start shooting. Everything’s good to go — we’re nearly there. Super exciting. I can’t wait!” the actor shared as the crowd cheered, and host Fallon got up to hug him and congratulate the actor.
In an earlier podcast interview, Tom had said of the film, “One of the things is that, with Marvel, your film is a small cog in a large machine. That machine has got to keep running. You have to make sure you can fit into that timeline at the right time to benefit the bigger picture. That’s one of the challenges we’re facing. The time in which we need to get that done is a tall order but definitely achievable with the people we have working on it now.”
Tom Holland was last seen in the Apple TV Plus miniseries, The Crowded Room.
