Which fruit to eat for which problem?

- Blueberries can be eaten to boost memory.
- If there is lack of sleep or you feel difficulty in sleeping at night, then you can consume Kiwi.
- People suffering from hair fall can consume almonds.
Benefits of eating these fruits
Bananas are high fiber foods and they also contain rich amounts of potassium. The body also gets Vitamin C and Magnesium from this fruit. In such a situation, eating banana boosts energy and also keeps gut health good.
Blueberries are rich in anti-oxidants. By eating these, free radicals which harm the body are also removed. At the same time, blueberries are effective in reducing cholesterol, which maintains good heart health. By eating blueberries, the body also gets anti-inflammatory properties and a good amount of fiber.
It is advisable to eat kiwi to overcome lack of sleep but its benefits are not limited to this. Cholesterol starts reducing by eating kiwi. Being rich in Vitamin C, Kiwi also gives the body strength to fight diseases.
Apart from fruits, almonds are mentioned among dry fruits. Eating almonds reduces inflammation, keeps sugar under control and also strengthens the bones. Almond is a high fiber and high protein dry fruit. It also contains good amounts of healthy fats, vitamin E, magnesium and calcium.
